Q: I have been going to the gym for two years now and still haven't seen any results. What am I doing wrong?
A: Going to the gym alone will not bring you results. You have to take a close look at how you are exercising at the gym. Doing the same workout will not produce results as the body gets accustomed to the workout and, therefore, becomes inefficient at burning calories. Incorporating a strength training workout along with your cardio and a nutritious diet will help. Your strength training and cardio program needs to be updated regularly to challenge the body.
