About Aarti - Overview

Small group fitness classes are currently being held at the Aarti Fitness Personal Training Studio, every Saturday morning at 10:00am

Bring your friends and enjoy an aerobics/ strength training workout to Indian music! The class will include upper and lower body toning exercises with the use of dumbbells. Also includes exercises to strengthen the back and tone the abdomen. This class is suited for all fitness levels, (men and women) and is perfect for those who have always wanted to workout but do not quite know where to begin. Each class is different and may include boot camp type workout. Class size is limited so please call in advance to reserve your spot.

RATES:

$15.00/per class

PLEASE OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING CLASS GUIDELINES:

Limited class size- you must call and register first. No walk-ins allowed.
Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle to class.
Proper exercise attire must be worn. Indian outfits not accepted. Knit pants, shorts or t-shirts must be worn with sneakers.
No children allowed. No exceptions!
Relatives/friends may not come to observe the class. Paying clients only!
No use of cell phones during class.
Classes begin promptly. Plan to arrive 10 minutes before class time.

Instructor reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone not observing the above guidelines.
