The online training program allows you to workout at your convenience either at home or at another fitness facility.

Do you live too far to come and work out in our studio? Do you already have an existing gym membership but need some assistance with your workout program? Can’t afford the personal training rates? Then, the online training program is just for you!

Studies show that those who work out with a plan and with someone to hold them accountable, have a better success rate than those who workout randomly on their own.

So how will the online personal training program work for you? After a detailed health/ fitness and nutrition assessment, a workout program will be created to help you achieve your personal fitness goals based on your current fitness level, desired weight loss or weight gain.

The work out program will be created using your exercise equipment availability (whether you have access to a gym or home equipment). Your workout program, complete with detailed instructions and video demonstration of each exercise will be delivered to you via email for a fraction of the price that you would pay for a one-on-one session with a personal trainer. The training programs can be printed for you to either exercise with at home or to take to a gym. Along with the workout programs, nutrition counseling and motivational emails will be provided. You have the luxury of working out at your own convenience on your time. Workout programs can also be available to you anywhere you travel via email.
