explained the importance of a weight training program for women my
age. Aarti put me on an exercise program weight training about 2
– 3 times a week, walking and riding stationary bike. I have

women my age (or even younger!) My bone density has improved with
the weight training and I go about my activities without much effort.
Lifting weights has also improved my arthritis and reduced the pain.

ONLINE TRAINING
“I am so glad that I took that initial step to start working out
with Aarti on-line. The great thing about her program is that you can do
the work out at your own pace and in the privacy of your own home; there
is no travel time to the gym especially with having work and young
children. The thing is, you may think that you are doing fine with
just doing your daily walking routine (which is what I used to do) but
once you start the weights training you realize that walking doesn't do
what weights does. At times when I have not had the time to do the full
w/o she has tailored it to my time availability. She holds me accountable
where as if you w/o on your own there is no one to do that. The program
is great; I would strongly recommend it to any working mother. You just
need to take that first step and the rest is history.”
